It is time to let it go.
Release anything that does not serve you and feel the lightness in your soul that comes from letting go.
If there’s someone or something in your life that is keeping your soul bound, it is time to bless them for the lessons they’ve taught you and release them. Fear, shame, and guilt all have lessons to teach us. Even anxiety provides a level of self-protection by keeping us from trying new things. If we never try, we never fail.
Letting go is not easy. It shouldn’t be. If it was, it wouldn’t mean anything. But it is necessary and today, this last day of our journey, it’s time. Put something in the trash today. Clean out your closet. Let these actions be a symbol of letting go of something negative you’ve been holding inside.
