Growth
Another waxing crescent card, Growth equals change, right? When a seed sprouts and that first tendril pokes its head up through the soil, it becomes something new. It’s the same with us. We plant the seeds of our own growth every single day.
Some we water and tend, others we let lie in dry and barren soil. Some nourish us, some draw so much energy we feel depleted.
Oftentimes, we think we don’t have control over what seeds we plant, and maybe, sometimes, that’s true. Life tosses them at us like confetti, doesn’t it?
It’s cold where I live. There’s still snow on the ground, so it feels like a barren landscape devoid of green and as if nothing is growing. And yet, when I drive to town, I see that maple trees have been tapped for a couple of weeks now and the sap is running. This is a sign of the new season.
Even in the dark and fallow times, there are signs of growth if only we choose to tap into them.
Today, choose growth. There’s a mighty seed within you, I just know it.
